Black Cod with Swiss Chard, Olives, and Lemon served with Red Quinoa with Pistachios from Bon Appetit.
I used grouper (vaca’ing in Key West) and loved it all. Never had *red* quinoa, now a fan. Just happened to find your blog trolling for the black rice porridge/risotto (another new “Like”) since this year’s recipes are so badly organized. Cook ON!
