Pomegranate-Walnut Oatmeal

Pomegranate-Walnut Oatmeal from Bon Appetit’s Food Lover’s Cleanse. Cook oatmeal made with ½ cup dried old-fashioned oats (or ¼ cup steel-cut oats) according to package directions; top with ½ cup chopped fruit and 1 Tbsp. each chopped toasted walnuts and pomegranate seeds. Just realized I forgot my walnuts… rats!
