Butternut Squash & Sage Risotto

I made a basic risotto and mixed in some oven-roasted butternut squash tossed with sage.  I bought the squash at a Farmer’s Market in Bologna and I think the quality produce gave this dish a huge boost.  I swear it was the best squash I’ve ever eaten.  Luke proposed we conduct a blind taste test to confirm — one risotto with squash from the conventional vegetable stand and one with squash from the Farmers’ market.
