Devilish Eggs with Plum-Ginger Chutney



This dish from Recipes for IBS by Ashley Koff was surprisingly good and I surprisingly had all the ingredients on hand, including some already hard-boiled eggs.  They are like deviled eggs except you toss the yolks and replace them with a prune-ginger chutney.  I had plums and stewed them with some minced ginger and apple cider vinegar.
